SAP SCM ( APO ) Consultant with very specific qualifications; an implementation of the SCM Planning Board in PP/DS using the Optimizer.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have 2 – 4 years of solid SAP APO experience in PP/DS, including both support and implementation projects using the PP/DS Optimizer. The position requires that the individual be well versed in a broad variety of with superior skills in the implementation of PP/DS. The successful candidate will be responsible of the implementation of PP/DS using the planning board to replace scheduling in a stand-alone scheduling tool.
· Thorough knowledge and understanding of APO – PP/DS with Optimizer.
· Solid understanding of the PP/DS planning board and its configuration.
· Prior experience with the implementation of APO – PP/DS using Optimizer in SCM 4.0 or SCM 5.0, multiple implementations preferred
· Experience in implementing APO – PP/DS in diversified chemical industry is a benefit, specifically plastics manufacturing.
Additionally, business experience as a planner or scheduler, and prior experience in a global APO environment are beneficial attributes.
The candidate is required to have strong oral and written communications skills, presentation skills and the ability to present project proposals. A self motivated individual with the ability to self-manage projects.
